Parent Webinar: Introduction to Sensory Processing
Like all parts of Jewish life, parenting in community strengthens us. In this webinar we’ll use a Jewish lens to discuss milestones of parenting young children as we gain insights from experts in early childhood development.
We'll discuss the eight senses, defined by their function and relevance to developmental skill acquisition. Participants will better understand how our senses help us understand our world, as well as what it looks like when sensory processing is inefficient or disorganized. This program is for families with children ages 5 and younger.
This program is a part of Project SEED, a partnership between The Jewish Education Project and Westchester Jewish Community Services.
